McBride School Directors and Teachers
Ann McBride, ADCRG, TCRG, founder of the McBride School, is accredited as an adjudicator and teacher by An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha, the Irish Dancing Commission, Dublin, Ireland. She has been teaching dancers of all levels, from beginners to World qualifying champions, for more than 40 years, and has directed an annual feis (competition) since 1982. Ann’s is well known for her expertise and knowledge of Irish Dance, and is also a highly sought out adjudicator, both nationally and overseas. Ann McBride currently holds the position of vice regional director with the Western U.S. Region of the Irish Dance Teachers’ Association of North America.
Eileen McBride Parker, TCRG, is a fully accredited teacher qualified by An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha, the Irish Dancing Commission. Eileen began dancing at the age of four, and won many championship competitions before receiving her teaching certification in 1997. Along with her mother, Ann McBride, Eileen instructs the champion-level dancers and the school’s award-winning teams.
