Lafayette Classes

The McBride School of Irish dancing offers classes for beginners through championship. Boys and girls are welcome ages 4.5 years and up.
Classes in Lafayette on Wednesdays are for Brand New Dancers, and Returning Dancers to the Lafayette Community Center (Dancers who have taken Level I or Level II through the LCC): Level I: Introduction to Irish Dance (Soft Shoes) (3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.) Level II: Advanced Beginners - continuing Soft Shoe and learning beginning Hard Shoe. (3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) Level III: Intermediate and Advanced - Lafayette Dancers who are ready for a higher level of progression, with advanced dancing and steps. (4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Download the Winter 2020 brochure to your right for more information on our upcoming classes, beginning in January Ready to take that First Step to Learn Irish Dancing? Click HERE to be re-directed to the Lafayette Community Center to register for classes. All Dancers attending classes at the Community Center are Members of the McBride School of Irish Dance and eligible for performances and competition, if desired.
